Yogesh & Komal, both from small villages and working in metro cities, often felt the gap between rural talent and real opportunities. In
2019, with a small client project in hand, they decided to build a team—not in a city, but in Komal’s family home near Pune.
With no office or internet, they got a connection from a town 14 km away and turned Komal’s home into a workspace. For 15 roles, 1,200+ applications poured in—showing the scale of untapped rural potential. They hired 26 people and spent months training them before going live with real client work in just 6 months.
As the work grew, so did the challenges. It was clear that training alone wasn’t enough—sustainability needed technology and efficiency. They began working with global travel companies and saw major inefficiencies in operations, which sparked a new idea.
With their tech background, they envisioned a platform to automate repetitive travel processes. That vision became the Zeal Connect AI platform—combining smart agents with skilled rural talent to solve real business problems.
